Arh Yes, that all makes perfect sense now.

So,
your Great Great Grandparents were Edwin and Elizabeth (Phillips)
your Great Grandparents were John Mark and Mary (Thomas)
your Grandparents were Margaret Elizabeth Oliver and Bertie Fryers
your parents Glenys May Fryers and Kenneth A Moore

I see.

I've linked up with quite a few descendants of the Welsh branch, and there are a few on this messageboard, the Welsh branch that of course all started by Edwin leaving Stonesfield and settling in Llangynidr via St Fagens way back in the 1860's.

Not sure if you have an ancestry account but there are one or two people with quite a few Welsh Oliver photo's in there online tree's.

Just to check I'm in the right part of the big Oliver family, is your John Mark Oliver, John Mark Oliver, born in Wales 1859, son of Edwin and Eliza, and who married Mary Thomas?
