Interesting stories again Shane.  Poor Hetty May Bayliss and Welsh Ambrose and his family spreading Oliver's to Devon and Cornwall and across the sea to Ireland.  I have another 'coincidence' connection here in the my husband's Grandparents were also living in East Stonehouse (Plymouth) in 1911 at the same time that Edwin Ambrose was in the Navy Hospital.  My husband's Grandfather was in the Royal Marines in the Pay Office so it's possible that their paths crossed.

That makes two 'crossing of paths' between my Oliver family and my husband's family (the other one being - Augustine Oliver being in Oxford gaol at the same time as my husband's Gt. Gt. Grandmother.)

Great detective work from Jane again too - how DOES she do it.
