The graveyard plan may only show plots with headstones, and/or locations of known burials. The burial register will be the definitive list of who is buried in the churchyard. I don't think the one for the 1890s has been deposited with ORO yet: in fact that register may still be in use. You could try contacting Rev. Roy Turner, who is shown as the "Priest In Charge" at Stonesfield St James The Great on the parish website. Even if he won't allow you to look at the register yourself, he should be able to look for a specific entry (though I believe he can charge you for that information, should he wish to do so).
Good luck!

I've been trying to trace where my Gt. Gt. Grandmother Mary Oliver is buried. She died in Stonesfield on the 6 August 1894 but doesn't appear on the Stonesfield graveyard plan. The Stonesfield Parish transcriptions don't go up to the 1890's and the Burial Index on Findmypast doesn't cover Oxfordshire.
Does anyone have other suggestions or ideas to track down where she is buried.
