In case you don't already know about it, I am posting details of a big genealogy event in West Oxfordshire this coming weekend:
Oxfordshire Family History Open Day Saturday 26th September 2009 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It is being held at a new venue this year, namely the Marlborough Enterprise Centre, The Marlborough School, Shipton Road, Woodstock OX20 1LP.
The flyer promises "Displays by Family History Societies and other organisations; book, fiche, CD and postcard sales; computer and internet demos; research facilities" "Free admission, free parking, fully accessible."
I will be there all day, manning the Help Desk, so do come and say hello if you are there.
